Autism360 allows parents to log their observations about their child’s behavior, including but not limited to school activities, health patterns, and medications (if applicable). The logged data may include details about the child’s age, condition, and other relevant factors.

We use this information to generate AI-based insights at the end of each month, aimed solely at helping parents gain a clearer understanding of their child’s progress and patterns. These insights are not intended to provide medical advice or recommendations regarding medications or treatments.

By using this feature, you consent to the processing of such data for the purpose of generating insights and enhancing your app experience. Autism360 complies with all applicable regulations, including those related to health-related information, and takes measures to protect this sensitive data.

If you choose to share your account details, reports, or any content generated by the app (including via screenshots or third-party access), Autism360 is not liable for any unauthorized use, misuse, or consequences resulting from such actions.

12Artificial Intelligence Model and Training

Autism360 includes Artificial Intelligence (AI) supported features such as the VARA assistant. These tools help organise information, highlight patterns and provide supportive guidance to parents and carers. Your private conversations with VARA are not used to train publicly available or third-party artificial intelligence systems.

Your chat content is used only to generate responses within the Autism360 app and improve your experience using the app.

13AI and Software Updates

Autism360 regularly improves and updates its software and AI systems. As the app evolves, the way information is processed or presented may change. Our goal is always to improve the usefulness and reliability of the app. Because the system is continuously improving, outputs generated by AI features may change over time.

14Limitations of AI-Supported Features

Artificial intelligence-supported features, including VARA, are designed to provide informational assistance and support only. AI-generated outputs, insights or summaries:

  • do not constitute medical, clinical, therapeutic, psychological, legal or professional advice.
  • are not intended to replace advice provided by appropriately qualified professionals.

Responsibility for decisions relating to a child’s care, treatment, wellbeing or supports remains with the parent, guardian or authorised decision-maker.

With your permission, authorised Autism360 team members may review information you log in the app. This helps us:

  • provide personalised support and guidance.
  • improve service quality and the effectiveness of the app.
  • identify potential risks, patterns or escalation indicators.
  • ensure responsible use of AI-supported features.
  • identify circumstances where additional support may be appropriate.

These individuals are employees or contracted professionals engaged directly by Autism360 and are bound by confidentiality, privacy and professional obligations. Autism360 does not engage outsourced call-centre personnel to conduct these reviews.

You can turn off AI assistance, human review, or communication emails at any time in your profile settings. However, please note that turning these features off may reduce the quality or usefulness of the service. If these features are disabled, Autism360 and Datta Corp Pty Ltd are not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on limited app functionality.
