Receive your documentation

Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are health benefit accounts that let you contribute a portion of your salary or wages, before tax, to cover certain out-of-pocket healthcare costs.
If you are unsure whether you have an HSA or FSA, check with your employer or health insurance plan administrator.
Save about 30% on average: reimbursements from these funds are tax-free, so you are effectively converting part of your salary into tax-free income and putting it toward your child’s development.
FSA funds do not roll over: the IRS requires you to spend your FSA contributions by an annual deadline or forfeit them. A year of autism support is a good way to use what is left in the fund.

It is a formal document issued by a licensed clinician on Truemed’s provider network, attesting that a specific purchase is medically necessary to treat, mitigate or prevent a diagnosed condition. Most HSA/FSA administrators ask for one alongside your receipt.
LMNs are merchant and product specific, and are typically valid for 12 months from the issue date. Any eligible purchase within that window can be reimbursed, provided you have the funds available.

HSA and FSA accounts are US-only, so reimbursement applies to US plans. Everyone else can subscribe as normal from anywhere.
