Masterclass Help your autistic child feel regulated

Say Goodbye to meltdowns and sensory overwhelm

The meltdowns, the picky eating, the covered ears: they aren't misbehavior. If your days include any of these, there's a reason behind each one:

  • Constant motion: running, jumping, and climbing on everything
  • Biting, chewing, or mouthing things
  • Fixating on wheels or objects spinning round and round
  • Meltdowns that tip into complete overload, out of nowhere
  • Eating only a handful of foods, or refusing certain textures

They're your child's sensory system asking for help. This masterclass shows you how to read your child's profile across all eight senses, and give them exactly what they need to feel safe.

No clinical background needed, and nothing else to buy. You already know your child better than anyone: this masterclass gives you the lens to finally understand them.

Why this should work for you?

Not a clinical course you need a degree to follow. A practical lens built for the parent who is in the room when it actually happens.

Built for the kitchen table, not the clinic

Every concept is explained in plain, warm language through moments you already recognize: the loud supermarket, the tag in the shirt, the food that gets pushed away.

Ten minutes a day, not another full-time job

You are with your child for the hours an OT never sees. The sensory diet builder turns what you learn into a few small, doable moments inside the day you already have.

Grows with your child

Toddler, school-age, or teen, there are age-by-age plans for each stage. Sensory needs change as they grow, so you come back to it for years, not weeks.

Stops the battle, names the need

The shift most parents feel first is in how they see their child. Behavior you used to manage becomes a need you can meet, and the whole house feels calmer for it.

Our Promise
When you understand your child's sensory world, you stop managing behavior and start meeting a need.
The Autism360 approach to sensory regulation
The part no one explains

What your child's behavior is actually telling you

Here's the shift that changes everything: most of these behaviors aren't problems to stop. They're signals to read. Once you know what each one means, the “difficult” moments finally start to make sense. Here are the six parents recognize most.

Why they climb, crash and never sit still

It looks like pure hyperactivity. It's often a proprioceptive drive: a deep hunger for pressure and heavy input that tells the brain where the body is. The right activity can satisfy it in minutes.

Why they spin, and watch things spin

Wheels turning, fans, toys lined up in a row: that's the vestibular and visual systems seeking the steady, predictable input that helps a busy nervous system feel organized and calm.

Why they bite, chew and mouth everything

The mouth is one of the most powerful calming tools we have. Biting and chewing are usually the nervous system reaching for regulation, not defiance, and there are safer ways to give it what it's asking for.

Why one small thing triggers a huge meltdown

It's rarely the “small thing.” It's the eighth sensory demand stacked onto a system that was already past full. Learn to see the overload building and you can step in before the tipping point.

Why meltdowns erupt for no reason at all

When there's no obvious trigger, the cause is often interoception: the sense that reads hunger, thirst, a full bladder or rising panic. If those signals come through faintly, the first sign can be a meltdown. Learn to catch it sooner.

Why they'll only eat a handful of foods

It's rarely fussiness. For many children it's the texture, smell or temperature: a tactile and oral-sensory response that makes certain foods genuinely overwhelming. Understanding it is the first step to widening the plate without the mealtime battle.

Who this is for

Built for parents who are tired of guessing

Whether your child seeks constant movement, melts down in noisy rooms, eats only five foods, or can't tell when they're hungry, hurt or full. This masterclass gives you the framework to understand what's really going on.

    Our Approach

The answer isn't more discipline. It's understanding

Most of us already live a sensory lifestyle: the gym, a quiet walk, music in the car. Your child needs the same thing, designed for them. Here's how the masterclass gets you there.

    1

    Understand your child's sensory profile

Behavior is communication. Learn to read what each meltdown, climb or refusal is really asking for, mapping what's seeking, avoiding or overloaded across all eight sensory systems.

    2

    Determine what to do

Once you can see the need, you can answer it. Match the right input, more, less, or a way to feel safe, to exactly what your child's nervous system is calling for.

    3

    Learn how to implement

Turn it into an age-appropriate sensory diet that fits real life, for toddlers, school-age kids and teens, with demos you can copy at the kitchen table.

    4.6 out of 5 · Based on 794 reviews
    Trustpilot

I finally understand why my son covers his ears at the grocery store. It was never “being difficult.” The auditory lesson alone was worth it. We have a plan now instead of a battle.

Mealtimes used to end in tears. Mine. Learning that texture is a sensory-safety thing, not picky behavior, changed how our whole family eats dinner. I stopped pushing and she started trying.

The sensory diet template is genuinely doable for a working parent. Ten minutes of the right input before school and our mornings are unrecognizable. I wish I'd found this years ago.

    Questions

Everything else you might be wondering

My child hasn't been diagnosed. Is this still for us?

Absolutely. You don't need a diagnosis to use this masterclass. Every child has a sensory profile, and the framework here helps you understand any child who seems over- or under-sensitive to the world. It's especially powerful for autistic and sensory-sensitive kids, but the principles are universal.

Do I need any clinical or OT background?

None at all. Stacy teaches every concept in plain, warm language made for the kitchen table. You'll learn the proper terms (vestibular, proprioceptive, interoceptive), but always explained through everyday moments you already recognize.

How is this different from seeing an occupational therapist?

It complements it. An OT sees your child for an hour or two a week. You're with them for the other 100+ waking hours. This masterclass teaches you what's happening and what to do in those hours, so the regulation your child builds actually carries over into real life, home, school, the supermarket, the family dinner. It doesn't replace therapy; it multiplies it.

Is a "sensory diet" about food?

No, and this surprises most parents. A sensory diet has nothing to do with eating. It's a simple routine of activities, scheduled into your child's day, that gives their nervous system the input it needs to stay regulated. The masterclass shows you how to build one, and it changes as your child grows.

My child is a teenager. Is this still relevant?

Yes. There's a dedicated lesson on building a sensory plan for teens and adults, plus a full guide on stimming. Sensory needs don't disappear with age. They change. The masterclass treats the teen years as their own chapter, with strategies that respect a young person's growing independence.

How long until I see a difference?

For most parents the first shift is in how they see their child, and that often happens in the very first lesson. The strategies themselves take a little consistency. Apply one new idea per week and most families notice real change within 30 to 60 days.

What if I buy it and it's not right for us?

You have a full 30 days to watch every lesson, try the strategies, and decide. If you don't feel the masterclass was worth it, email support@autism360.com for a full refund. No forms, no follow-up calls, no awkward conversation.

How long do I have access?

Lifetime. One payment, access forever. Every future lesson, update and bonus resource we add is automatically included. And because sensory needs change as your child grows, you'll come back to it.

    I have a different question.

Email us anytime at support@autism360.com. A real human from our team will get back to you, usually within one business day.
